The PS2 version got a perfect 10/10 score in Official UK PlayStation 2 Magazine, which beat FIFA 07 (9/10 in the same magazine). However, the PSP version of the game ranked beneath the FIFA 07 PSP version due to slow loading times and an incomplete editor.[citation needed] Hyper's Eliot Fish commended the game for its \"tighter dribbling [and] refined Master League\" but criticised it for its commentary.[49]
Feature Papers represent the most advanced research with significant potential for high impact in the field. FeaturePapers are submitted upon individual invitation or recommendation by the scientific editors and undergo peer reviewprior to publication.
To submit to the editorial office of Lillian T. Eby, please submit manuscripts electronically through the Manuscript Submission Portal in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTex (.tex) as a zip file with an accompanied Portable Document Format (.pdf) of the manuscript file.
The review process is the same for Feature Articles and Research Reports. The two types of manuscripts differ only in length, commensurate to different scope of intended contribution. Authors should indicate in the cover letter that they would like the submission considered as a Research Report. However, the action editor (with input from the review team) may suggest that a Feature Article submission be pared down to Research Report length through the review process.
APA requires that all data in their published articles be an original use. Along with determining the appropriateness of any submission, the editorial team (editor and reviewers) also have a role in determining what constitutes \"original use.\" Key to this determination is the extent to which reported data and results serve to promote cumulative knowledge and insight to the literature.
In order to preserve masked review, authors should include a data transparency appendix in the manuscript which details how and where the data collected were (or potentially will soon be) used. Any previous, concurrent, or near future use of data (and/or sample) reported in a submitted manuscript must be brought to the editorial team's attention (i.e., any paper(s) previously published, in press, or currently under review at any journals, as well as any paper(s) that foreseeably will be under review before an editorial decision is made on the current submitted manuscript). This includes variables that overlap as well as those that may not overlap with those in the submitted article. Authors may also put in any other clarifying information they wish, as long as it can be done anonymously. Any identifying information, such as authors' names or titles of journal articles that the authors wish to share can be included in the cover letter where only the editorial staff will see it.
For authors who prefer their figures to be published in color both in print and online, original color figures can be printed in color at the editor's and publisher's discretion provided the author agrees to pay:
Authors of accepted papers must obtain and provide to the editor on final acceptance all necessary permissions to reproduce in print and electronic form any copyrighted work, including test materials (or portions thereof), photographs, and other graphic images (including those used as stimuli in experiments).
APA expects authors to adhere to these standards. Specifically, APA expects authors to have their data available throughout the editorial review process and for at least 5 years after the date of publication.

The rapid expansion of the CRISPR toolbox through tagging effector domains to either enzymatically inactive Cas9 (dCas9) or Cas9 nickase (nCas9) has led to several promising new gene editing strategies. Recent additions include CRISPR cytosine or adenine base editors (CBEs and ABEs) and the CRISPR prime editors (PEs), in which a deaminase or reverse transcriptase are fused to nCas9, respectively. These tools hold great promise to model and correct disease-causing mutations in animal and plant models. But so far, no widely-available tools exist to automate the design of both BE and PE reagents.
PnB Designer is a web application to design gRNAs for CRISPR prime and base editors. Written in R, PnB Designer is constructed with the Shiny package [23] and Bioconductor [24, 25]. The application includes feedback after each input to help users avoid flaws in the complex design of base and prime editing gRNAs. The user-friendly interface combined with instructions and explanatory pop-up windows in the result visualization make it accessible to users on all levels.
From the output table, the user can select a desired pegRNA and, if they wish, additionally implement the PE3 or PE3b system. If so, they will be presented with potential nicking guides according to the design suggestions summarized above. After pegRNA and the optional nicking guide selection, their sequences can be directly downloaded including adapters for cloning into the BsmBI-digested acceptor vector from Anzalone et al. and the pegRNA acceptor vector deposited by the Liu lab on Addgene [#132777].
In summary, PnB Designer is a flexible and user-friendly web application for single and batch design (Figs. 1b, 4c) of PE pegRNAs and BE gRNAs. PnB Designer allows users to design pegRNAs with ease, lowering the barrier to entry for PE applications. Additionally, we implemented most recent CBEs and ABEs with a wide variety of PAM variants, which are not yet available in other base editing design webservers (Table 1). While other BE design tools provide custom base editor options to choose new PAMs and editing windows, we think implementation of the newest base editors with their experimentally established editing windows makes it more user friendly. As the base editor field is rapidly moving forward, support for new base editors will be added to the application, as they are developed. For the assessment of off-targets generated by the mismatch tolerance of the sgRNA we recommend using Cas-OFFinder ( -offinder/) [36]. The guide sequences from the output table can be easily transferred and validated, which is especially important for users working on off-target sensitive applications.
Objectives:Describe the causes of pes planus.Outline the presentation of a patient with pes planus.Review the treatment options for pes planus.Summarize interprofessional team strategies for improving care coordination and communication to advance the treatment of pes planus and optimize patient outcomes.Access free multiple choice questions on this topic.
Pes planus is best managed by an interprofessional team that also includes orthopedic nurses and therapists. Clinicians should be fully aware that Children rarely require treatment for pes planus. Foot orthotics are indicated for foot pain secondary to pes planus alone or combination with leg, knee, and back pain. Surgery is only indicated for rigid pes planus. Unnecessary surgery in children can lead to more harm than good. In adults, surgery may be an option for pes planus, but overall the results are not satisfactory. Most patients have decent outcomes with the use of orthotics.
The OA option, if selected, enables unrestricted public access to the article via IEEE Xplore. The OA option will be offered to the author at the time the manuscript is accepted. If selected, the OA fee of $2,195 must be paid before the article is published in the journal. If you have unusual circumstances about this, please contact the Editor-in-Chief. Any other applicable charges (such as the overlength page charge and/or charge for the use of color in the print format) will be billed separately once the manuscript formatting is complete but prior to the publication.
Many freelancers and companies offer both editing and proofreading, either separately (with separate pricing) or combined into one service. Make sure you understand exactly what kind of changes are included. Will the editor only correct minor errors, or will they also comment on awkward phrasings and structural issues
Editing comes first, and can involve major changes to content, structure and language. The first stages of editing are often done by authors themselves, while a professional editor makes the final improvements to grammar and style (for example, by improving sentence structure and word choice).

Prime editing, a newly invented genome-editing technology, enables all types of base transitions and transversions to be accomplished, as well as customized insertions (up to 44 nucleotides) and deletions (up to 80 nucleotides) [8]. The key components of a prime editor (PE) (Additional file 1: Fig. S1) are a Cas9 nickase fused with reverse transcriptase and a prime editing guide RNA (pegRNA), which brings the PE machinery to targeted sites through a standard single-guide RNA (sgRNA) sequence. Upon binding, the Cas9 nickase nicks the target strand and the reverse transcriptase uses the primer binding site (PBS) of the pegRNA to initiate the reverse transcription. The genetic information encoded in the reverse-transcription template (RTT) can then be copied into the targeted site. There are four different prime editing systems: PE1, PE2, PE3, and PE3b. The only difference between PE1 and PE2 is the Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus (M-MLV) reverse transcriptase (RT) fused to the Cas9 nickase. In the PE3 system, a nick is introduced into the non-edited strand by a nick gRNA (ngRNA) to increase the editing efficiency. To further improve editing purity [8], a ngRNA spacer is designed to match the edited sequences in the PE3b system so that it only binds to the edited DNA sequences. Prime editing has been applied in human [9], mouse [10], and plants [11] with promising results. However, one major issue in the current PE system is the pegRNA/ngRNA design, which is much more complicated than the design process associated with other precise editing methods. Several programs (PrimeDesign [12], PegFinder [13], primeedit.nygenome [14], PnB Designer [15], PINE-CONE [16], DeepPE [17], and PE-Designer [18]) have been developed to simplify the search for pegRNAs and ngRNAs for prime editing by following general design guidance proposed in the original prime editing paper [8]. However, how to unbiasedly optimize the combination of all of these features and identifying the most suitable sequence from a list of candidates remains problematic. 153554b96e
